We have reached 1999. It was 28 years ago when Gerry and Sylvia Anderson were famed for the popular 1960s Supermarionnation puppet shows for children. They presented a science fiction show of the near future -- our future -- called Space:1999. This web site looks back into the future through your personal stories and experiences that came about from watching Space:1999 on syndicated televison in the seventies.
Space:1999 Tecnology has reached our future, yet, we have not colonized the moon or planets or contacted intelligent life from other worlds. All these concepts are possible. Mankind has just begun looking for life in other worlds and we are about to prepare to venture to Mars and the Moon in the next century. This website is an extension to the "Space:1999 Collectible and Nostalgic Exhibit" because we could not have visitor participation to the Internet from the library. the exhibit continues to live through you.
