On March 30, 1998, Dennis Gonzales did a science fiction soundtrack radio program on Robert Emmett's "Norman Bates Memorial Soundtrack Show" on Foothill College's KFJC, 89.7 FM and on the stations Internet web site, http://www.kfjc.org. The show included incidental music other than Barry Gray scores that Space:1999 is known for with dialog from several favorite episodes from year one. It was nice to hear on the air and Internet tracks before the release of the Fanderson Space:1999 CD. The reaction from the listeners was very good and the station continued to receive request from tracks that were only available from the show! Today, you can order the CD from Fanderson.
On September 4, 1999, Dennis arranged an interview with Chris Paulson from Space:1999 Breakaway Convention being held in Culver City, Sept. 10-13, 1999. Special guest was actor/voice-overs, Nick Tate from the original cast of Space:1999, year one/two. The host was Robert Emmett with Dennis, on the "The Norman Bates Memorial Soundtrack Show." The Interview was a witty, informative and fascinating 30 minutes of Space:1999 information and Nick Tate's career. The Breakaway information will be out of date after Sept. 13, but the talk with nick Tate will be timeless. To order the Space:1999 radio shows or science-fiction show, contact Dennis Gonzales, P.O.
